Les thèmes territoriaux abordés dans le deuxième rapport sur la cohésion, tels que la question urbaine et la diversification rurale, les zones à handicaps naturels et géographiques, ou encore les problèmes de reconversion, ont également fait l'objet de nombreuses interventions qui ont amené le Commissaire Barnier à proposer leur approfondissement dans les deux années à venir.
The spatial topics covered in the second report on cohesion such as urban matters and rural diversification, areas with natural and geographical handicaps and those facing problems of conversion were also the subject of many speeches with the result that Mr Barnier proposed that they should be considered further in the next two years.
