28. charge son Président de transmettre la présente résolution au Conseil et à la Commission ainsi qu'aux gouvernements et aux parlements des États membres, aux secrétariats des organisations régionales de pêche au thon auquel appartient l'UE ainsi qu'aux gouvernements des pays tiers avec lesquels l'UE a signé un accord de pêche comportant un volet concernant le thon.
28. Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Commission and Council, the governments and parliaments of the Member States, the secretariats of the tuna RFOs to which the EU belongs, and the governments of those third countries with which the EU has signed a fisheries agreement with a tuna component.
