– ayant entendu Theodoros Zagorakis, conformément à l'article 9, paragraphe 5, de son règlement,
– having regard to the fact that Mr Zagorakis waived his right to a hearing in accordance with Rule 9(5) of its Rules of Procedure,

A. considérant que le procureur adjoint de la Cour suprême de la République hellénique a demandé la levée de l'immunité parlementaire de Theodoros Zagorakis, député au Parlement européen, dans le cadre d'une éventuelle action en justice se rapportant à une infraction présumée;
A. whereas the Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Supreme Court of Greece has requested the waiver of the immunity of Theodoros Zagorakis, Member of the European Parliament, in connection with possible legal action concerning an alleged offence;

2. charge son Président de transmettre immédiatement la présente décision et le rapport de sa commission compétente au parquet de la Cour suprême de la République hellénique et à Theodoros Zagorakis.
