La Commission a conclu que la THA avait considéré à juste titre que l'offre du consortium TED était la meilleure qu'elle ait reçue, et qu'étant donné le système de contrôle établi et la situation particulière de l'entreprise, la prise en charge des 750 millions de DM de pertes par la THA était compatible avec le marché commun, conformément à l'article 92 paragraphe 3 du traité CEE.
The Commission has come to the conclusion that the THA rightly considered the TED consortium's offer the best it had received and that in regard of the established system of control and the particular circumstances the assumption of DM 750 mio. by THA is compatible with the common market under Article 92(3) of the EEC Treaty.
