Si l’on veut que les stress tests amènent réellement un changement d’orientation en Europe, nous pensons qu’ils doivent constituer la base d’un calendrier de sortie démarrant dès aujourd’hui, et qui pourrait s’achever d’ici à 2025, si tout se passe bien en Europe.
If the stress tests are genuinely to bring about a change of direction in Europe, we see them as the basis for an exit timetable which will start now and, if everything goes well in Europe, could come to an end in around 2025.
