Il faut défendre les minorités en Chine comme partout ailleurs dans le monde, mais avant de soumettre une telle résolution exigeante, nous devons disposer d’une stratégie, d’une coordination de toutes les parties et de tout le Parlement, afin d’éviter de retarder les négociations avec le gouvernement chinois et de leur porter préjudice.
Minorities should be defended in China as in every other part of the world but, before submitting such a demanding resolution, we must have a strategy, a coordination of all the different sides and of the whole of Parliament, so as to avoid delaying and damaging negotiations with the Chinese Government.
