Lorsque les alinéas a) et b) s’appliquent aux personnes à qui ou à l’égard desquelles aucun paiement d’une indemnité pour services n’a été autorisé à ou avant l’entrée en vigueur du présent alinéa, mais qui peuvent être admissibles à une telle indemnité, lesdits alinéas doivent se lire et s’interpréter comme si les mots « un dollar cinquante cents » avaient été substitués aux mots « un dollar ».
In their application to persons to or in respect of whom no payment of a maltreatment award was authorized on or prior to the coming into force of this paragraph but who may be eligible to receive such an award, paragraphs (a) and (b) shall be read and construed as if for the words “one dollar” there were substituted the words “one dollar and fifty cents”.
