À cet effet, les OEN sont invités à se mettre en relation avec les organismes compétents concernés par la mobilité urbaine et intéressés par les STI urbains, tels que les groupes et organismes de coordination de la normalisation, les cadres de normalisation, les experts et les plates-formes réunissant les parties prenantes à l'échelon local, les associations de villes et de régions, les associations d'usagers, les opérateurs du secteur des transports et les représentants des prestataires de services.
For this purpose the ESOs are invited to liaise with relevant bodies representing urban mobility and interested in urban ITS, such as standardisation coordination groups and organisations, local standardisation frameworks, experts and stakeholder platforms, cities and regions associations, users associations, transport operators and service providers representatives.

In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission relating to: the procedures for the issuing, withdrawing and reviewing accreditation of paying agencies and coordinating bodies as well as for the supervision of the accreditation of paying agencies; the rules on the work and checks underlying the management declaration of the paying agencies, the functioning of the coordinating body and the notification of information to the Commission by that coordinating body; the rules concerning the tasks of the certification bodies, including the checks, and on the certificates and the reports, together with the documents accompanying them, to be drawn up by those bodies.

36. Considers that a European coordinated network for animal welfare should be set up under the existing Community or Member State institutions, and that its work should be based on the general animal welfare legislation proposed above; considers that such a network should designate one institution as the coordinating body, which should perform the tasks assigned to the ‘central coordination institute’ referred to in the aforementioned Commission communication of 28 October 2009; considers, furthermore, that such a coordinating body should in no way duplicate tasks of the Commission or other agencies, but should become a support tool providing assistance to the Commission, Member States, food chain actors and citizens regarding training and education, best practices, information and consumer communication and assessing and stating its views on future legislative and policy proposals and their impact on animal welfare, assessing animal welfare standards on the basis of the latest available knowledge and coordinating an EU system for testing new techniques;

Il convient d’habiliter la Commission à déterminer si un type particulier de denrées alimentaires ou d'aliments pour animaux relève du règlement (CE) no 1829/2003 et à abaisser le seuil d’étiquetage de la présence fortuite ou techniquement inévitable de matériel contenant des organismes génétiquement modifiés, consistant en de tels organismes ou obtenus à partir de tels organismes, ainsi que le seuil fixé pour la présence fortuite ou techniquement inévitable de matériel génétiquement modifié ayant fait l’objet d’une évaluation des risques et obtenu un avis favorable dans le domaine des denrées alimentaires et des aliments pour animaux, et à adopter des mesures relatives à certaines exigences en matière d’étiquetages et d’informations applicables aux exploitants et aux collectivités.
The Commission should be empowered to define whether a type of food or feed falls within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003, to lower the thresholds for the labelling of the adventitious and technically unavoidable presence of material which contains, consists of or is produced from genetically modified organisms and for the adventitious or technically unavoidable presence of genetically modified material which has benefited from a favourable risk assessment in food and feed, and to adopt measures regarding certain labelling and information requirements incumbent on operators and mass caterers.
