Afin d’assurer des conditions uniformes d’exécution des dispositions du présent règlement, il convient de conférer des compétences d’exécution à la Commission en ce qui concerne la détermination de la moyenne pondérée des tarifs maximaux de terminaison d’appel mobile ainsi que des modalités particulières relatives à l’application de la politique d’utilisation raisonnable, à la méthode utilisée pour évaluer la viabilité de la suppression des frais d’itinérance au détail supplémentaires et aux informations que le fournisseur de services d’itinérance doit transmettre aux fins de cette évaluation.
In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of the provisions of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission in respect of setting out the weighted average of maximum mobile termination rates, and detailed rules on the application of the fair use policy and on the methodology for assessing the sustainability of the abolition of retail roaming surcharges, as well as on the application to be submitted by a roaming provider for the purposes of that assessment.

Today's action concerns as follows: seat requirements for patent attorneys, legal form and excessive shareholding requirements for architects, engineers, patent attorneys and veterinarians, and restrictions on multidisciplinary companies for architects, engineers and patent attorney in Austria; shareholding requirements for all engineering professions, including civil engineers and architects in Cyprus; minimum and maximum tariffs for architects and engineers in Germany and minimum tariffs for patent agents in Poland.
