(5) Aux fins du présent règlement, les marchandises destinées au commerce extérieur doivent être classées conformément à la nomenclature combinée instaurée par le règlement (CEE) n° 2658/87 du Conseil du 23 juillet 1987 relatif à la nomenclature tarifaire et statistique et au tarif douanier commun , ci-après dénommée "nomenclature combinée".
(5) For the purpose of this Regulation commodities for external trade purposes should be classified in accordance with the 'Combined Nomenclature' established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff , hereinafter referred to as the 'Combined Nomenclature'.

5. À la date visée au paragraphe 4 du présent article, les nomenclatures statistiques de chaque partie contractante ainsi que sa nomenclature tarifaire ou, dans le cas prévu au paragraphe 1 alinéa c) de l'article 3, sa nomenclature tarifaire et statistique combinée doivent être rendues conformes au système harmonisé amendé.
5. The statistical nomenclatures of each Contracting Party and its customs tariff nomenclature or, in the case provided for under paragraph 1 (c) of Article 3, its combined tariff statistical nomenclature, shall be brought into conformity with the amended Harmonized System on the date specified in paragraph 4 of this Article.
