Definition: A disorder characterized by deliberate weight loss, induced and sustained by the patient. It occurs most commonly in adolescent girls and young women, but adolescent boys and young men may also be affected, as may children approaching puberty and older women up to the menopause. The disorder is associated with a specific psychopathology whereby a dread of fatness and flabbiness of body contour persists as an intrusive overvalued idea, and the patients impose a low weight threshold on themselves. There is usually undernutrition of varying severity with secondary endocrine and metabolic changes and disturbances of bodily function. The symptoms include restricted dietary choice, excessive exercise, induced vomiting and purgation, and use of appetite suppressants and diuretics.

4. Lorsque de nouvelles législations ou réglementations introduites par la République du Tadjikistan risquent de rendre les conditions d'exploitation des succursales et de filiales de sociétés communautaires établies dans la République du Tadjikistan plus restrictives qu'elles ne l'étaient le jour de la signature du présent accord, ces législations ou réglementations ne s'appliquent pas pendant les trois années suivant l'entrée en vigueur de l'acte en question aux filiales et succursales déjà établies dans la République du Tadjikistan au moment de l'entrée en vigueur de cet acte.
4. Where new legislation or regulations introduced in the Republic of Tajikistan would result in rendering the conditions for operation of subsidiaries and branches of Community companies established in the Republic of Tajikistan more restrictive than the situation existing on the day of signature of this Agreement, such legislation or regulations shall not apply during three years following the entry into force of the relevant act to those subsidiaries and branches already established in the Republic of Tajikistan at the time of entry into force of the relevant act.

3. Agissant dans l'esprit de partenariat et de coopération et à la lumière des dispositions de l'article 40, le gouvernement de la République du Tadjikistan informe la Communauté de son intention de proposer une nouvelle législation ou d'adopter de nouvelles réglementations pouvant rendre les conditions d'établissement ou d'exploitation au Tadjikistan de succursales et de filiales de sociétés communautaires plus restrictives qu'elles ne l'étaient le jour précédant la date de la signature de l'accord.
3. Acting in the spirit of partnership and cooperation and in the light of the provisions of Article 40, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan shall inform the Community of its intentions to submit new legislation or adopt new regulations which may render the conditions for the establishment or operation in the Republic of Tajikistan of subsidiaries and branches of Community companies more restrictive than the situation existing on the day preceding the date of signature of the Agreement.

3. Sans préjudice du paragraphe 2 ou du paragraphe 5, les parties s'abstiennent, à partir de l'entrée en vigueur du présent accord, d'introduire de nouvelles restrictions de change affectant les mouvements de capitaux et les paiements courants afférents à ces mouvements entre résidents de la Communauté et du Tadjikistan et de rendre les arrangements existants plus restrictifs.
3. Without prejudice to paragraph 2 or to paragraph 5, as from the entry into force of this Agreement, no new foreign exchange restrictions shall be introduced on the movement of capital and current payments connected therewith between residents of the Community and Tajikistan and nor shall the existing arrangements be made more restrictive.
