Jean-Claude Juncker, a déclaré que tous autour de la table étaient résolument d'accord sur le fait qu'il n'y aurait «pas de négociations sans notification» par le Royaume-Uni de son intention de quitter l'UE.
Speaking at the press conference following this informal meeting, European Commission President, Jean-Claude Juncker, said that everyone around the table had firmly agreed there would be "no negotiation without notification" of the UK's intention to leave the EU.
