Dans la mesure où certaines questions concernaient un délai à plus longue échéance et s’étendaient aux prochaines perspectives financières, je reconnais que le logement sera concerné dans un large éventail de contextes; en effet, la remise à neuf dans le cadre de l’efficacité énergétique qui, selon nous, relève de la catégorie des emplois verts sera certainement un domaine dont nous nous occuperons, sans bien sûr essayer d’avoir une politique européenne commune en matière de logement.
Since some of the questions concerned a longer timescale, spanning into the next financial perspective, I would agree that, in a variety of contexts, housing will be affected; indeed, refurbishment in the context of energy efficiency – which, from our point of view, falls under the category of green jobs – will certainly be an area where we will have activity, without, of course, trying to have a common European housing policy.
