L’accord notifié prévoit qu’Ashland et Süd-Chemie transféreront également vers ASK l’ensemble de leurs activités restantes liées aux produits consommables de fonderie, à l’exception du secteur de la bentonite pour fonderie, qui restera aux mains de Süd-Chemie.
Under the notified deal, Ashland and Süd-Chemie are further contributing to ASK all their remaining foundry consumable activities, except Süd-Chemie's foundry bentonite business, which will be retained by Süd-Chemie.
