Bien que nous soyons tous contre la contrebande de tabac, je crois que la plupart d'entre nous ne sont pas en faveur du tabagisme en général, à cause de ses effets sur la santé des Canadiens; je parle à titre personnel, car je ne veux pas parler au nom de qui que ce soit d'autre.
Senator Cordy: In response to Senator Joyal's question, Mr. Rouillard, I was quite surprised when you said that one of the members of your coalition is actually the tobacco industry, because while we are all against contraband tobacco, I think most of us around the table — and I do not want to speak for anybody else; I speak for myself — certainly I am not in favour of people smoking tobacco, period, because of what it does to the health of Canadians.
