Tommy Banks: On a much happier note, honourable senators, I wish to refer to a matter that Senator Wilson has already mentioned and to ask you to join me in congratulating a brilliant scientist, a quality teacher, an advocate for environmental integrity, a man who chose to make Canada and, I am proud to say, Edmonton his adopted home.
