TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

La relation existant entre, d'une part, les dispositions en matière de santé et de sécurité du traité Euratom et, d'autre part, les dispositions sur l'environnement du traité FUE, a également fait l'objet d'un avis de la commission des affaires juridiques qui, lors de sa réunion du 6 novembre 2012, a décidé, par 22 voix pour, 1 contre et 1 abstention, de recommander d'utiliser l'article 192, paragraphe 1 du traité FUE comme base juridique appropriée pour la proposition de directive du Parlement européen et du Conseil fixant des exigences pour la protection de la santé de la population en ce qui concerne les substances radioactives dans les eaux destinées à la consommation humaine.
The relationship between, on the one hand, the health and safety provisions in the Euratom Treaty and, on the other hand, the provisions on the environment in the TFEU has also been subject to an opinion of the Committee on Legal Affairs, which at its meeting of 6 November 2012 decided, by 22 votes in favour, one against and no abstentions to recommend that the appropriate legal basis for the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down requirements for the protection of the health of the general public with regard to radioactive substances in water intended for human consumption should be Article 192(1) TFEU.
