La participation au système Identrus sera ouverte aux institutions financières qualifiées du monde entier (les "participants"), pour autant qu'elles respectent certaines exigences de fonds propres définies par le Comité de Bâle des règles et pratiques de contrôle des opérations bancaires, ainsi que certaines exigences de notation financière.
Participation in the Identrus System will be open to qualified financial institutions around the world ("Participants"), provided they meet objective capital requirements as defined by the Basle Committee on Banking Regulations and Supervisory Practices and in compliance with certain financial rating requirements.
