Les programmes parrainés doivent être clairement identifiés en tant que tels par le nom, le logo et/ou un autre symbole du parraineur, par exemple au moyen d’une référence à ses produits ou services ou d’un signe distinctif, d’une manière adaptée au programme au début, à la fin ou pendant celui-ci.
Sponsored programmes shall be clearly identified as such by the name, logo and/or any other symbol of the sponsor such as a reference to its product(s) or service(s) or a distinctive sign thereof in an appropriate way for programmes at the beginning, during and/or at the end of the programmes.
