Quel que soit le choix définitif, m’exprimant personnellement en tant que consommatrice plutôt qu’en tant que législatrice, je plaide en faveur de l’utilisation d’un symbole commun clairement identifiable, comparable au marquage CE employé actuellement, dans les cas où nous disposons de règles harmonisées concernant la santé et la sécurité liées aux produits.
Whatever the eventual choice, speaking personally as a consumer rather than a legislator, I would make one plea for the use of some clearly identifiable common symbol, comparable to the CE mark currently employed, where we have harmonised rules concerning the health and safety of products.
