1. 1. If, for a given year, a beneficiary does not declare all the agricultural parcels related to the areas referred to in Article 72(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 and the difference between the overall area declared in the single application and/or payment claim on the one hand and the area declared plus the overall area of the parcels not declared, on the other, is more than 3 % of the area declared, the overall amount of area-related direct payments and/or support under area-related support measures payable to that beneficiary for that year shall be reduced by up to 3 % depending on the severity of the omission.

2. En ce qui concerne la superficie totale déterminée faisant l'objet de la demande unique, à l'exception des aides aux pommes de terre féculières et aux semences respectivement prévues aux articles 93 et 99 du règlement (CE) no 1782/2003, si la superficie déclarée dépasse de plus de 30 % la superficie déterminée conformément à l'article 50, paragraphes 3, 4 et 5, du présent règlement, l'agriculteur se voit refuser le bénéfice des régimes d'aide auxquels il aurait pu prétendre en application de l'article 50, paragraphes 3, 4 et 5, du présent règlement, pour l'année civile concernée.
2. If, in respect of the overall area determined covered by the single application, except for starch potato and seed in accordance with Articles 93 and 99 respectively of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, the area declared exceeds the area determined in accordance with Article 50(3) to (5) of this Regulation by more than 30 %, the aid to which the farmer would have been entitled pursuant to Article 50(3) to (5) of this Regulation shall be refused for the calendar year in question under those aid schemes.

S'il est constaté que la superficie réellement cultivée est inférieure de plus de 10 % à la superficie déclarée en vue du paiement de l'aide aux pommes de terre féculières prévue au chapitre 6 du règlement (CE) no 1782/2003, le montant de l'aide à payer est réduit du double de la différence constatée.
1. If it is found that the area actually cultivated is more than 10 % lower than the area declared for the payment of aid for starch potato as provided for in Chapter 6 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, the aid to be paid shall be reduced by twice the difference found.
