La Commission considère, en outre, que la mise à disposition de liquidités par la LBBW et les autres banques régionales pour le Super SIV a été effectuée aux conditions usuelles du marché et qu’un investisseur opérant en économie de marché, s’il s’était trouvé dans la situation de ces établissements de crédit, aurait agi de la même manière, de sorte que l’aide d’État n’a pas augmenté en rapport avec le Super SIV.
The Commission also considers that the provision of liquidity to the Super SIV by LBBW and the Landesbanken was on market terms and corresponded to what a market economy investor in the position of those banking institutions would have done, and therefore did not increase the volume of state aid connected with the Super SIV.
