Sur la base de la communication de la Commission sur cette question, adoptée le 6 juin 2012 (doc. 11052/12), ces conclusions définissent des axes d'actions futures sur lesquels se baseront les travaux en faveur des énergies renouvelables, notamment dans les domaines suivants: l'ouverture du marché intérieur de l'électricité, une meilleure intégration des énergies renouvelables dans le marché, la coopération et le commerce, les infrastructures et les consommateurs, les innovations technologiques et la durabilité, ainsi que les prochaines étapes en ce qui concerne, entre autres, les travaux futurs en vue d'un cadre stratégique pour les énergies renouvelables pour l'après 2020.
Building on the Commission communication on the same subject, adopted on 6 June 2012 (11052/12), these conclusions set out lines for future action on which to base further work in support of renewables, notably in the following areas : internal electricity market opening, better market integration of renewable energy, cooperation and trade, infrastructure and consumers, technology innovation and sustainability, and next steps as regards, inter alia, future deliberations with a view to a post-2020 policy framework on renewables.

- With regard to the additional financial aid in support of future Mediterranean policy, it asks the Council and the Commission to put into effect the principles set out in paragraph 6 of the Council report (see Annex V); - it confirms the great important it attaches: to opening similar negotiations in the near future with Egypt and other eligible Mediterranean countries which so wish; to continuing economic support to Algeria, as envisaged by the European Council at Corfu, while calling for a dialogue among all those who reject violence; to concluding the negotiations with Turkey on the completion and unrestricted implementation of the customs union and to reinforcing relations with this partner; - it confirms that the next phase of enlargement of the Union will involve Cyprus and Malta and invites the Council to examine in early 1995 new reports to be presented by the Commission.

III. LA REFORME MAINTENANT PROPOSEE La Commission propose maintenant de modifier le régime, qui expire vers la fin de l'année, de sorte qu'à partir du 1er janvier prochain, les dispositions suivantes devraient être appliquées : (*) voir annexe. a. En ce qui concerne l'intervention : i) Les seuils de déclenchement pour l'ouverture des achats seront modifiés en les ramenant à 88 % pour le prix de marché communautaire (maintenant 91 %) et 84 % pour le prix de marché dans l'Etat membre en question (maintenant 87 %). ii) Un volume total susceptible pour les achats publics sera fixé à 200.000 t/an.

THE REFORM NOW PROPOSED The Commission is now proposing that the amendments running out at the end of this year should be changed, as from 1 January, with application of the following provisions: (a) Intervention: (i) The activation thresholds for buying-in will be changed down to 88% for the Community market price (now 91%) and 84% for the market price in the relevant Member State (now 87%), (ii) a total quantity of beef that may be bought in will be set at a maximum of 200 000 t/year.
