Conformément à l’article 7, paragraphe 3, du règlement (CE) no 659/99 du Conseil (1), dans sa version modifiée, l’Allemagne se propose de prendre les engagements suivants concernant la Sparkasse KölnBonn (ci-après la «Sparkasse») afin que la Commission européenne (ci-après la «Commission») puisse constater, par une décision prise en application de l’article 107, paragraphe 3, point b), du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne, que la recapitalisation de la Sparkasse est compatible avec le marché intérieur.
Pursuant to Article 7(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 659/99 (1), as amended, Germany hereby provides the following commitments concerning Sparkasse KölnBonn in order to enable the European Commission (‘the Commission’) to find the recapitalisation of Sparkasse KölnBonn compatible with the internal market by decision under Article 107(3)(b) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
