La Commission est donc d'avis que l'UE devrait être considérée comme formant une juridiction unique aux fins de la transposition de la RS VII. Je suis donc d’avis qu’il nous faut soutenir certains des amendements qui ont autrefois été présentés en commission de l’industrie, du commerce extérieur, de la recherche et de l’énergie et en commission de la culture, de la jeunesse, de l’éducation, des médias et des sports.
