2. Les États membres veillent à ce qu’aucune responsabilité civile à l’égard d’aucune personne ne puisse découler des seules informations pour l’investisseur ni de ses traductions, pour autant que ces informations soient substantiellement correctes, claires et conformes aux parties correspondantes du prospectus. Les informations clés pour l’investisseur doivent contenir un avertissement clair à cet égard.
2. Member States shall ensure that a person does not incur civil liability solely on the basis of the key investor information, including any translation thereof, unless it is materially misleading, inaccurate or inconsistent with the relevant parts of the prospectus. Key investor information shall contain a clear warning in this respect.
