La révision des statistiques de production faite à la suite de la décision de l'année dernière indique que les restrictions appliquées au stabilisateur étaient incompatibles avec l'objectif recherché et il est proposé de les lever sans toutefois retourner à un système dépourvu de tout butoir.
The review of production statistics carried out following last year's decision indicates that the restrictions applied to the stabilizer were incompatible with the desired objective so it has been decided to lift them, without, however, depriving the system of any kind of ceiling.
