Le problème avec cette motion du député d'Elk Island, c'est qu'en réduisant le conseil d'administration de la Société Radio-Canada de 12 à deux membres, à part le président du conseil et le président-directeur général, on rendrait la programmation de la SRC, qu'on vient de qualifier d'excellente, complètement dysfonctionnelle.
The difficulty with this motion by the member for Elk Island is that the proposal to reduce the CBC board of directors from twelve to two plus the president and the chairperson to form the board would in effect render the CBC's programming excellence that we just heard complimented operationally dysfunctional.
