Concernant les observations de la Cour sur le contrôle financier des dépenses des Fonds structurels et sur la mise en oeuvre des règlements no 2064/97 et no 1681/94, le Conseil rappelle ses conclusions sur le rapport spécial no 10/2001 de la Cour, telles que reprises dans l'addenda à cette recommandation, notamment sa demande de compléter les lignes directrices pour la mise en oeuvre de ces règlements.
Regarding the Court's observations on the financial control of structural funds expenditure and on the implementation of Regulations No 2064/97 and No 1681/94, the Council refers to its conclusions on the Court's special report No 10/2001, as set out in the Addendum to this recommendation, in particular its request for additional guidelines on the implementation of those Regulations.
