IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Le Fonds devrait donc être créé sous la forme d’un cadre global de soutien financier de l’Union dans le domaine de la sécurité intérieure, comprenant l’instrument de soutien financier dans le domaine des frontières extérieures et des visas (ci-après dénommé «instrument»), créé par le présent règlement, ainsi que l’instrument de soutien financier à la coopération policière, à la prévention et la répression de la criminalité, ainsi qu’à la gestion des crises, créé par le règlement (UE) no 513/2014 du Parlement européen et du Conseil .
The Fund should therefore be established as a comprehensive framework for Union financial support in the field of internal security comprising the instrument for financial support for external borders and visa (‘the Instrument’) established by this Regulation as well as the instrument for financial support for police cooperation, preventing and combating crime, and crisis management established by Regulation (EU) No 513/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council .

2. 2. Interest and other gains attributable to support from the European Structural and Investment Funds paid to financial instruments shall be used for the same purposes, including the reimbursement of management costs incurred or payment of management fees of the financial instrument in accordance with Article 36(1)(d), and expenditure paid in line with Article 36(2), as the initial support from the European Structural and Investment Funds either within the same financial instrument, or following the winding up of the financial instrument, in other financial instruments or forms of support in accordance with the specific objectives set out under a priority, until the end of the eligibility period .

Where a measure falling within this section targets operations eligible also under another Community support instrument, including the Structural Funds and the Community support instrument for fisheries, the Member State shall set in each programme the administrative controls for the operations supported by the EAFRD and those supported by the other Community support instrument.
