La position à adopter au nom de l'Union au sein du sous-comité du commerce et du développement durable institué par l'article 376 de l'accord d'association entre l'Union européenne et la Communauté européenne de l'énergie atomique et leurs États membres, d'une part, et la République de Moldavie, d'autre part, en ce qui concerne l'adoption du règlement intérieur du sous-comité du commerce et du développement durable et de la liste des personnes qui sont disposées et aptes à exercer les fonctions d'expert dans le cadre des procédures du groupe d'experts sur le commerce et le développement durable est fondée sur les projets de décisions du sous-comité du commerce et du développement durable joints à la présente décision.
1. The position to be adopted on the Union's behalf within the Trade and Sustainable Development Sub-Committee established by Article 376 of the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part, as regards the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Trade and Sustainable Development Sub-Committee and the list of individuals who are willing and able to serve as experts in panel procedures on trade and sustainable development shall be based on the draft Decisions of the Trade and Sustainable Development Sub-Committee attached to this Decision.

1. La position à prendre au nom de l'Union au sein du sous-comité douanier institué par l'article 74 de l'accord en ce qui concerne l'adoption du règlement intérieur du sous-comité douanier est fondée sur le projet de décision dudit sous-comité joint à la présente décision.
1. The position to be taken on behalf of the Union within the Customs Sub-Committee established by Article 74 of the Agreement, as regards the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the Customs Sub-Committee shall be based on the draft Decision of that sub-committee attached to this Decision.

1. La position à prendre au nom de l'Union au sein du sous-comité sanitaire et phytosanitaire institué par l'article 65 de l'accord en ce qui concerne l'adoption du règlement intérieur du sous-comité SPS est fondée sur le projet de décision dudit sous-comité joint à la présente décision.

The position to be taken on behalf of the Union within the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee established by Article 65 of the Agreement, as regards the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the SPS Sub-Committee shall be based on the draft Decision of that sub-committee attached to this Decision.

La position à prendre au nom de l'Union au sein du sous-comité concernant les indications géographiques institué par l'article 179 de l'accord en ce qui concerne l'adoption du règlement intérieur du sous-comité IG est fondée sur le projet de décision dudit sous-comité joint à la présente décision.
1. The position to be taken on behalf of the Union within the Geographical Indications Sub-Committee established by Article 179 of the Agreement, as regards the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the GI Sub-Committee shall be based on the draft Decision of that sub-committee attached to this Decision.

7. Sauf disposition contraire du présent article, le présent règlement intérieur s'applique mutatis mutandis à tout groupe de travail technique ou ad hoc créé par le sous-comité SPS.
7. These Rules of Procedure shall be applied mutatis mutandis to any technical working group or an ad hoc working group created by the SPS Sub-Committee, unless otherwise provided for in this Article.
