Pursuant to Standing Order 56.1(1)(a), Mr. Gagliano (Secretary of State (Parliamentary Affairs) and Deputy Leader of the Government in the House of Commons), seconded by Mr. Milliken (Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons), moved, That a sub- committee of the Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans be authorized to travel to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and the Northwest Territories during October 1994 to undertake a study of the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation and that the necessary staff do accompany the sub-committee.
