That's why I propose a way to make sure that if Quebec becomes sovereign in these negotiations we will arrive at an agreement that for the nations that want it we'll just reproduce the status quo for as long as they wish in the future, so that there would be no change in their status in a sovereign Quebec as long as they wish to remain in the current kind of no-man's-land constitutional life they're in.
