Le Conseil Industrie du 5 décembre 2001 n'a pris aucune décision au sujet de la proposition de la Commission et il a été décidé de poursuivre les discussions durant la présidence espagnole, laquelle a fait savoir qu'elle souhaitait régler cette question durant son mandat.
The Industry Council of 5 December 2001 did not reach a decision on the Commission proposal and it was decided to continue the discussion during the Spanish Presidency which has expressed its intention to conclude the matter during its tenure.
