À mon sens, une partie de ce projet doit consister à expliquer aux citoyens européens que ce genre de choses doit cesser et que la législation européenne ne peut être utilisée comme une sorte d’écran protecteur derrière lequel les États nations mettent en œuvre leurs projets favoris et font des choses que, sinon, ils n’oseraient pas faire.
Part of this project, to my mind, has to do with us explaining to the European public that this sort of thing has to stop, and that European legislation cannot be used as a sort of protective screen behind which nation states run their pet projects and do things that they would not dare to do otherwise.
