Ceci étant, notre commission a considéré superflu d'élaborer un nouvel avis sur le rapport de M. Martin, tout en me chargeant de vous exprimer son soutien massif au contenu des amendements que Mme Guy-Quint avait proposés.
This being the case, my committee took the view that there was no need to draw up a new opinion on Mr Martin’s report, while at the same time instructing me to pass on to you its wholehearted support for the content of the amendments proposed by Ms Guy-Quint.
