Mais que, à part les membres des conseils qui proviennent des provinces et des municipalités, qu'à part cela, ce soit le gouvernement qui les nomme sans que nous sachions si le gouvernement usera de son sceptre arbitraire ou bien si, comme il en convient, le gouvernement écoutera ce que veulent et ce que proposent comme membres les organismes représentés, contre cela nous nous insurgeons.
However, we strongly object to the fact that, except for those members coming from the provinces and municipalities, board members will be appointed by the government, without our knowing whether it will do so arbitrarily or if, as it should, it will listen to the suggestions made by the organizations represented.
