[27] Au titre du deuxième pilier de l’initiative «Matières premières», la Commission publiera en 2014 un rapport sur les indicateurs des politiques nationales concernant les minéraux, qui dressera le bilan des États membres en ce qui concerne la délivrance de permis, l’octroi de licences et les projets d’utilisation des sols; elle lancera par ailleurs une consultation publique afin d’examiner avec tous les acteurs concernés les options politiques en vue d’une éventuelle harmonisation de certains aspects des procédures d’autorisation et de planification de l’utilisation des sols.
[27] In the context of the second pillar of the Raw Materials Initiative the Commission will publish a Report on National Minerals Policy Indicators in 2014 on Member States performance on the permit licensing and the land use planning as well as launching a public consultation in order to explore with all stakeholders the political options towards a possible harmonisation of some aspects of permitting procedures and land use planning.
