Since the end of the Second World War, a remembrance ceremony has been held there every night at 8 p.m. When I was there, it occurred to me that a similar monument should be erected in Canada with the names of all the Canadian soldiers who died in Flanders Fields, including Aboriginal soldiers, of course.
