D. considérant que l'Allemagne a introduit la demande EGF/2014/014 DE/Aleo Solar en vue d'obtenir une contribution financière du Fonds à la suite de 657 licenciements, dont 390 intervenus chez Aleo Solar AG, entreprise relevant de la division 26 de la NACE rév. 2 «Fabrication de produits informatiques, électroniques et optiques», et 267 dans deux de ses filiales, dont 476 personnes devraient participer aux mesures, pendant et après la période de référence allant du 7 mars 2014 au 7 juillet 2014, en raison de la diminution de la part de marché détenue par les entreprises du secteur solaire de l'Union;
D. whereas Germany submitted application EGF/2014/014 DE/Aleo Solar for a financial contribution from the EGF, following 657 redundancies, 390 from Aleo Solar AG, a company operating in the NACE 2 Division 26 'Manufacturing of computer, electronic and optical products', and 267 from its two subsidiaries, with 476 persons expected to participate in the measures, during and after the reference period from 7 March 2014 to 7 July 2014, linked to a decline in the Union's market share in solar module companies;

10. se félicite que les partenaires sociaux aient adopté un plan social pour les licenciements chez First Solar Manufacturing GmbH et qu'une société de transfert ait été chargée de concevoir et de gérer l'ensemble coordonné de services personnalisés; relève qu'au cours des six premiers mois, les services de cette société sont pris en charge par First Solar Manufacturing GmbH et par le programme fédéral du FSE et que ces services seront étendus aux nouvelles mesures financées par le Fonds; souligne qu'une politique d'égalité entre les femmes et les hommes et de non-discrimination sera appliquée durant les différentes étapes de la mise en œuvre du Fonds, et dans l'accès à celui-ci;
