Clair, NPD): Monsieur le Président, je veux faire écho aux sentiments exprimés par un certain nombre d'orateurs ce soir et hier soir en reconnaissant l'importance de l'occasion qui nous est donnée de tenir ce débat sur la situation actuelle en Irak et sur la façon dont la communauté internationale devrait réagir à cette situation.
Clair, NDP): Mr. Speaker, I want to echo the sentiments of a number of speakers this evening and last evening in recognizing the importance of the opportunity we have been given to debate this issue around the current situation in Iraq and the response that the international community should have to that situation.
