Je ne dis pas cela pour vous manquer de respect, mais il me semble que pour que cette organisation et les dirigeants qui la mènent soient vraiment crédibles, il faut y intégrer la notion de l'importance du gouvernement lui-même, qui est un instrument positif.
I don't say this to be disrespectful, but it seems to me that for there to be real credibility in this organization and in the leadership that's driving it, there has to be, at the very core, a genuine notion of government itself being important in being a positive instrument.
