- (DE) Monsieur le Président, Madame la Commissaire, Mesdames et Messieurs, ayant remédié au défaut structurel de la proposition de la Commission, ? savoir l’exigence que les systèmes soient interopérables avant d’être abolis, le rapport prend une orientation que nous pouvons tous soutenir et l’essentiel du mérite en revient au rapporteur.
– (DE) Mr President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, having removed the structural defect in the Commission proposal, by which I mean the requirement that systems be interoperable before they are abolished, the report points in a direction with which we can all agree, and for that thanks are due to the rapporteur.
