Le CESE demande que soit créé dans les plus brefs délais un partenariat UE-Pacifique au sein duquel la société civile organisée serait présente, de manière à faire face plus efficacement à l'ensemble des problèmes de la région (10), et qui prévoirait l'institution d'un comité de suivi ad hoc des programmes comme élément fondamental de la participation.
