annuler, sur le fondement de l’article 263 TFUE l’intégralité de la décision de la Commission européenne no C(2010) 7694 final du 9 novembre 2010 relative à une procédure d’application de l’article 101 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne, de l’article 53 de l’accord EEE et de l’article 8 de l’accord entre la Communauté européenne et la Confédération suisse sur le transport aérien, Affaire COMP/39.258 — Fret aérien en tant qu’elle concerne Société Air France ainsi que les motifs qui sous-tendent son dispositif;
annul, on the basis of Article 263 TFEU, the entirety of European Commission Decision No C(2010) 7694 final of 9 November 2010 relating to a proceeding under Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Article 53 of the EEA Agreement and Article 8 of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on Air Transport (Case COMP/39.258 — Airfreight) in so far as it concerns Société Air France, as well the grounds underlying the operative part of the Decision;
