Notwithstanding Article 10, and as regards the amount of EUR 11 305 500 000 transferred from the Cohesion Fund to be spent exclusively in Member States eligible for funding from the Cohesion Fund, the maximum funding rates shall be those applicable to the Cohesion Fund as referred to in a Regulation laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provision on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the following:

5. se félicite du fait que, dans le cadre de la mobilisation du FEM, la Commission ait proposé une autre source de crédits de paiement que les fonds inutilisés du Fonds social européen, suivant en cela le Parlement européen, qui rappelle fréquemment que le FEM a été créé en tant qu'instrument spécifique distinct, ayant ses propres objectifs et échéances, et qu'il convient dès lors d'utiliser les lignes budgétaires appropriées pour les virements;

Welcomes the fact that, in the context of mobilising the EGF, an alternative source of payment appropriations to unused European Social Fund has been proposed by the Commission, following the frequent reminders by the European Parliament that the EGF was created as a separate specific instrument with its own objectives and deadlines and that appropriate budget lines for transfers must therefore be identified;

5. se félicite du fait que, dans le cadre de la mobilisation du Fonds, la Commission a proposé une autre source de crédits de paiement que les fonds inutilisés du Fonds social européen, suivant en cela le Parlement européen, qui rappelle fréquemment que le FEM a été créé en tant qu'instrument spécifique distinct, ayant ses propres objectifs et échéances, et qu'il convient dès lors d'utiliser les lignes budgétaires appropriées pour les virements;
