Je m’oppose par principe à ces différences régionales, car si elles sont mises en pratique, elles aboutiront à la création d’un Fonds social européen à deux vitesses et consacreront une forme de discrimination indirecte entre les travailleurs bénéficiant du Fonds, en fonction de la région dans laquelle ils travaillent.
I oppose this regional difference in principle, on the grounds that, when it is put into practice, it will lead to the creation of a two-speed European Social Fund, and will enshrine a form of indirect discrimination of workers benefiting from the Fund depending on the region in which they work.
