En ce qui concerne l'approbation du plan de restructuration par l'État belge, les autorités belges considèrent que cette disposition du contrat cadre ne visait nullement à octroyer aux autorités belges une quelconque compétence pour juger du contenu du plan de restructuration, mais était inspirée par le fait que la SNCB souhaitait que le plan de restructuration, tout comme le contrat cadre, soit communiqué à la Commission.
regards the approval of the restructuring plan by the Belgian State, the Belgian authorities consider that this provision of the framework agreement did not in any way aim to grant the Belgian authorities such competence as to be able to judge the contents of the restructuring plan, but was inspired by the fact that SNCB wanted the restructuring plan, like the framework agreement, to be communicated to the Commission.
