The participation of the 10 candidate countries from central and eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia) will be financed under the Phare Horizontal Programme for Justice and Home Affairs.
