même qu'il n'existe aujourd'hui aucune obligation juridique à cet égard, des déclarations concrètes,
par exemple sur le site Internet ...[+++] de la Cour de justice; propose, en outre, que soit désigné un contrôleur indépendant qui serait chargé de rendre compte publiquement chaque année des déclarations reçues, en sorte que soient assurés un suivi et un contrôle crédibles;
